We believe that every person was created for a specific purpose. Like an arrow aimed at a target, we want to help individuals find their unique giftings and help empower them to achieve their God-given purpose. We provide unique support and educational opportunities that cater to the individual and challenge the status quo of traditional learning environments. We promote Autonomous, Innovative, and Missional educational models that can be shared and replicated to make a greater impact in our community.
What We Do
AIM is dedicated to helping others think outside the box when it comes to education! We love to promote and support individuals who would like to offer classes, start co-ops, or open microschools in their area.
We like to explore options and educational models providing opportunities for connection and community. We focus our efforts and energy in offering alternatives to the public school system and our primary efforts are put into managing a co-op and microschool (which are both easily able to be replicated). We are constantly collaborating with other innovative educators and doing research to continue learning.
Since 2017, we have helped to organize a variety of enrichment activities for students and have hosted community events to help families learn about their options. We’ve used these events to encourage others to be creative and start serving families in their area. We love offering support to other innovative thinkers!

MICROSCHOOL: PRENDA IN THE PRAIRIE
In an attempt to learn more about the growing microschool movement, Dalena operated a Prenda microschool for the 2021-2022 school year. This was a great learning experience and led to the inspiration of AIM High, a hybrid microschool model.
ADVOCACY FOR LOCAL MICROSCHOOLS
WISE, Wichita Innovative Schools and Educators
Advocacy is an essential pillar of our Education Movement. There is strength in numbers, and we work to support and encourage others who have started their own microschools. We do this by collaborating directly with education entrepreneurs, funders, policy makers, ed tech companies, school choice organizations, homeschool and microschool networks. Want to learn more?
Fighting for What We Believe In. Together.
Our journey began in 2017 when we discovered that learning was better when we did it together. Whether sharing the workload by teaching each other's kids in our homes, operating a co-op, or managing a micro-school, we have always done these things together for the benefit or our children and the families in our area. When it comes to educational models, we challenge the notion that the way things are is the way things should always be, and are proud to be a force for positive transformation. Our mission is to help others start Autonomous, Innovative and Missional educational options in their area too.
Ready to make an impact? We’d love to hear from you.
