Empowered is dedicated to transforming the traditional approach to teacher training through its innovative instructional strategy known as PMM. The organization's professional development portfolio, RiseUp, offers a blend of large and small, in-person and virtual, live and on-demand sessions. These are designed to engage and challenge educators, reflecting the dynamic way an Empowered teacher interacts with students. While individual teachers can access RiseUp programs for free, workshops are also available for purchase on a school- or district-wide basis, aiming to empower educators' careers across various educational settings.
